Dear Saugus Residents,

We are writing to you all, to inform you of the public hearing that is happening at 7:55 PM on 3/14 (Tonight) at the Saugus Town Hall Auditorium (298 Central Street) in regards to our newly proposed location. We are requesting a permit to establish our community-based health and fitness operation, CrossFit Route 1, at 175 Central Street, along with a request to enable business operations to begin at 5:30 AM. It is our sincerest hope to be accepted, so that we can continue to serve our community. We invite you to come out and support our efforts in this process to relocate.

Brad Cox and Dr. Sonia Pasquale who are the founders of the Acumobility systems and mobility tools will be teaching how to self-assess your mobility problems, how to correct your issues, and repattern your new-found mobility into new movements to make them stick!

The seminar will be held at In8 Wellness Center located at 65 Flagship Dr., North Andover MA 01845 from 9am – 1pm on Sunday March 18th
The early-bird sign-up is 89$ until this Sunday March 11, then 99$ until the day of the event
Space is limited to 30 participants so don’t dilly dally

Tracy Pereira has dedicated her life to empowering people of all abilities to find their passions, reach their potential, and live a meaningful life. To continue this mission, she applied to the Global Autism Project as a member of their SkillCorps team. In November, she will be traveling to Nairobi, Kenya for three weeks to train therapists to teach kids with Autism in their area.
