    Part 1: (before class) OHS 3rm in 10 min (first overhead squat to finish, heaviest 3)
    practice getting warm fast never no how warm up area will be at Southie

    Part 2:
    3 min on 1 min x4
    30 boxj ump overs
    30 ttb
    30 single arm DB Snatch (70/50)
    30 alt pistols
    30 c2b
    15 bar mups
    get as far as possable in three min.
    Then start where you left off
