    Lab: doesn’t matter what you do first
    AM/PM rest at least 1 hr
    If alone do this for time:
    30 Thrusters, 65/45 lbs.
    30 Toes-to-Bar
    30 Deadlifts, 225/155 lbs.
    30 Pull-ups, C2B
    30 Calorie Row
    30 Wall Balls, 20/14 lb. to 10 ft. target

    Athlete #1 completes round one solo.

    Afterburner alone and with regular pull-ups: 15:14
    WOD 1: first round with strict pull ups, two- four kipping c2b, 10:56. My pull ups are an embarrassment.
    I did not do wod 2 today. I did 50 calories X 2 on the AB.
