    Lab:
    this will be building weekly.
    Ideally this will be done with at least 30min of rest after wod or 45 minutes prior to strength each week.

    HSPU OTM: 5 kipping, practicing trying not to do frog legs/have my bum touch the wall
    Push Jerk: 165# (170# for 1, then full body bitch out)
    WOD: 11:44 RX
    Lab: first OTM ✔️/ second OTM – everything besides the 5th round I only got 7 cal on AB

    HSPU: 5 strict + 5 kipping UB OTM
    Jerks: 150 was easy, 160 was three sets of two and always failing the third ugh
    WOD: 8:38 Rx
    Lab 1: hard but good
    Lab 2: 10 cal AB. wheels fell off in min 7, actually took a knee and cried a little at some point.
