    Didn’t do the lab because my Achilles hurts.
    I’ll do it tomorrow if it feels better

    WOD: 9:43 @ 9-6-3 for the bar muscle ups and then regular for the rest.
    Lab: 12ish. 6 strict pull-ups instead of kipping cause my hand ripped + 10 push-ups per round.
