    calf raises: on 45 plate 100 reps 2sec descend

    Broad jumps 184/199/205/210.
    Farmer carry 70# KB/ 88# KB
    WOD 95#/125#/140# reps 85 – still not comfortable cleaning from the ground. 140 felt easy though.

    Once I’m done with classes next week I’ll be able to do the labs every time.

    I finished with the 70# kb don’t remember the jumps
    Wod: 93 reps (?) I finished the 155# cleans
    Yesterday’s lab ✔️ once I got the hang of it was good lol increasing more every interval ending at 139m. Interested to see how I can get better at this
