    2 FRONT SQUATS + THRUSTER: 4×1

    Work at 60% of your 1RM Front Squat.
    Target 20lbs increase / week if work sets are above 290lbs.
    Target 10lbs increase / week if work sets are below 290lbs.

    Rows I just used 65# – I wanted perfect form.
    Wod 113Rx – for me, these s2oh went well for some reason, better than I thought I’d do.
    Then I did 30 spu with 20#
