How to Get Started

To get you acquainted with Route 1’s program, we’ve implemented a PREP COURSE that you MUST COMPLETE at the start of your first month. Our prep course series is designed to get you equipped with all the skills and techniques that are fundamental to the CrossFit program and to RTE1’s classes. You’ll learn all about power lifting, olympic lifting, kettlebells, kipping, gym safety, and much more. The prep course ensures that you’ll have a strong grasp and understanding of our program and it will have you ready to jump right into classes.

Completion of the prep course class series is required before attendance of a regularly scheduled CrossFit class.


You will have three (one hour) training sessions that can be scheduled for a time that works for both you and the coach. (The initial month begins the day of your first session the private prep course.)


Our “beginner’s period” is a 30-day unlimited membership, starting with the three private prep course sessions. Following session three, you may attend as many classes as you’d like for the remaining 30 days! (The initial month begins the day of your first session with your trainer.)

Once your initial 30 days of an unlimited membership is over, you can look at our different pricing packages to find a workout plan that works best for you.
